Bath Variety & Quality ★★★☆☆

The artificial hot spring public bath is simple, but more than sufficient for relieving fatigue after a day of travel. While it does not offer the variety or scale of a full-fledged hot spring facility, the combination of affordable accommodation and the ability to enjoy a hot spring-style bath makes it a very satisfying option.

Rather than a place to slowly indulge in a hot spring experience, it is best viewed as a way to help your tired body recover by making use of the benefits of hot spring minerals after a long day of sightseeing.

*An artificial hot spring is created by circulating hot water through a special system containing natural stones infused with hot spring minerals, allowing those mineral components to be extracted into the water.

Atmosphere & Authenticity ★★★☆☆

While the hotel does not place a strong emphasis on historical or traditional design elements, it offers a calm and comfortable atmosphere where guests can relax. It is designed to be an affordable and convenient option for travelers and business guests, so those looking to keep accommodation costs low while still enjoying a comfortable stay will likely find it more than sufficient.

Comfort ★★★★☆

The guest rooms and public areas are well maintained and kept very clean, and the bedding—designed to balance warmth and breathability—allows for a comfortable night’s sleep.

While dinner is not provided, the hotel offers a breakfast buffet, which is convenient for guests.

Accessibility for Tourists ★★★★★

Located close to Kyoto Station, the hotel offers excellent accessibility. Its convenient location makes it especially easy to use for travelers with large luggage and international visitors staying for a short period.

It is also highly recommended as a base for exploring not only Kyoto, but also nearby destinations such as Osaka and Nara.

Scenic Value / Surroundings ★★★★☆

The area around the station is highly convenient, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. As it is an urban setting, there are no natural scenic views, but it offers a very practical and functional environment for travelers.
